FOOD SAFETY POLICY

At MARAÑONES DE LA ORINOQUÍA S.A.S., we are committed to guaranteeing the safety and quality of our products, made with local inputs and in compliance with the requirements of the NTC-ISO 22000:2018 standard and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Our mission is to be leaders in the production of cashew products, standing out for our contribution to local development and the professional growth of the community in the area. To achieve this, we commit to:

• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our industry, including food safety standards established by competent authorities and our customers.
• Promote a culture of food safety among our collaborators, suppliers and interested parties, promoting training and awareness about the importance of safety at all stages of the supply chain.
• Promote the use of local inputs from reliable and high-quality producers, thus contributing to the economic development of the local community and guaranteeing the traceability of our products.
• Guarantee the safety of our products, ensuring the identification and control of food hazards at all stages of production.
• Promote continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System, establishing objectives and goals to measure our performance, and periodically reviewing our Management System to ensure its effectiveness.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with our collaborators, customers, suppliers and interested parties on matters related to food safety.

This Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in achieving our food safety objectives.

SHIPPING POLICY

Bogotá:

Orders will be delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The shipping cost for Bogotá costs $5,000 and the minimum order is $45,000.

Rest of the country:

The shipping cost for the rest of the country costs $15,000 and the minimum order is $45,000.

Delivery time will depend on your location, in most cities in the country, the time ranges between 3 to 7 business days from the time the purchase is processed.

Business days and holidays:

Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the first following business day.

We know the importance of processing your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we do everything to pack and ship your order immediately so you can get it as soon as possible.

*For purchases over 100,000 between the snack and cashew flour, or both, shipping is free.

**If you need your order faster than normal, contact us by email at contacto@maranoneskju.com, delivery time and freight cost will depend on your location, the volume and weight of your order.

Changes or Returns:

The customer has 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to contact us at contacto@maranoneskju.com, and make a request for a product change. For returns, the product will be returned and a voucher for the total value of the purchase will be generated to be redeemed within the website. The voucher will have an expiration date of one calendar year from the date the refund is accepted.
