Preparation:

  1. Mix the flour and water until the mixture is creamy
  2. Add the chia seeds, cashews and baking powder
  3. Beat to incorporate all the ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or container previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C, previously preheated for 15 minutes or place the mixture in a pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 60 minutes
  6. Unmold, serve and accompany with the drink of your choice
