Ingredients:
- 500 g of cashew nuts
- 100 g of flour of your choice
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ cup of water
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100g butter
Utensils:
- 1 blender or food processor
- 1 mold or container
- 1 spatula
- 1 oven or a pan with a lid
Preparation:
- Mix the flour and water until the mixture is creamy
- Add the chia seeds, cashews and baking powder
- Beat to incorporate all the ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or container previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C, previously preheated for 15 minutes or place the mixture in a pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 60 minutes
- Unmold, serve and accompany with the drink of your choice
